DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CONTENT OF LABOR RELATIONS IN CHINESE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
This article analyzes digital transformation and its impact on the development of the content of labor relations in Chinese enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the fact that
digitalization is gradually becoming an important factor in the transformation of the human capital management process based on the use of modern technologies. The article also discusses the advantages of digital personnel management of the enterprise, as well as the factors influencing the automation and individualization of this process, ensuring an increase in the competitiveness of the organization. The author also draws attention to the difficulties associated with the use of modern technologies in production activities: the inertia of employee behavior and their resistance to change, low level of competence, as well as the need for personnel to adapt to new organizational conditions.
