PROBLEMS OF MODERNIZATION OF THE THEORY OF LAW IN THE ERA OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The development of modern information technologies has posed new problems for humanity, many of which can be overcome by legal means, interaction of the world of modern technologies with the legal world. The article presents reflections on the problems of modernization of the theory of law in the era of artificial intelligence development. The author sets a goal - to present his vision of the modernization of the theory of law, in particular, the process of legal regulation of new technical and legal relations involved in the innovations of the technological process. Reflecting on the issue of legal capacity of robot- agents, the author comes to the conclusion about its derivative nature and connection with life reality, the activation of communication in the digital space of man and artificial intelligence systems.
