"UNIVERSITY 3.0": FUNDAMENTAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS

The purpose of this article is to consider the theoretical aspects of the concept of "University 3.0" and the ways of their implementation in the Republic of Belarus. The policy of the Republic of Belarus to create favorable conditions for the application of this model in Belarus-ian higher education institutions has been reviewed.
