IPO OF CHINA TECHNOLOGY SECTOR: ACHIEVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES FOR THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The Chinese financial market is experiencing rapid growth, with Chinese companies raising $ 19.5 billion in initial public offerings (IPOs) in the first half of 2023, exceeding the combined volume of IPOs on European and American markets. The article discusses a new IPO algorithm on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, as well as analyzes changes in stock prices of a number of companies that conduct IPOs before the COVID-19 pandemic, and provides cases from the consulting portfolio of Yinchuan Phoenix Tianyu Venture Capital Fund.
