В белорусской экономике государство, безусловно, играет ключевую роль (и даже несколько ролей), формируя ориентиры и стратегию развития страны, которые с использованием рыночных механизмов, содержащих материальные мотивы и стимулы, имеют все шансы реализоваться эффективно и с максимальной отдачей. В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты координации экономических процессов применительно к институциональной системе Х-типа, в работе которой требуется не только примирить различные в части целеполагания и приоритетов субъекты (государство, население, бизнес), но и сделать их взаимодействие конструктивным, согласованным, нацеленным на достижение как индивидуальных, так и общественных интересов в обозримом и долгосрочном будущем.

In the Belarusian economy, the state certainly plays a key role (and even several roles), however, without the functioning of markets reflecting the nature of a person and the nature of his relations in society, the future of an economic system devoid of material motives and incentives is seen as stagnant and unpromising. The article considers the theoretical aspects of the coordination of economic processes in relation to the X-type institutional system, in which it is required not only to reconcile different subjects in terms of goal-setting and priorities (state, population, business), but also to make their interaction constructive, coordinated, aimed at achieving both individual and public interests in the foreseeable and long-term future.
