В статье рассматривается проблема сотрудничества университетов и промышленности в Монголии, для стабильного экономического развития которой требуется технологическая модернизация. Решению данной проблемы будет способствовать содействие государственных структур в сотрудничество университетов и промышленности. В развитых странах вопрос сотрудничества поддерживается на разных уровнях государственных структур. Университеты Монголии стремятся к достижению азиатских, в дальнейшем мировых стандартов, внедряя новые инновационные программы обучения, однако существует много препятствий, таких как недостаточное внедрение инновационных знаний в производство, недостаточность материальной базы университетов и т. д. В статье проанализировано текущее состояние сотрудничества университетов и промышленности на основе модели тройной спирали с позиции роли государственных организации в данном сотрудничестве.

The article deals with the problem of university-industry collaboration in Mongolia, for the stable economic development of which technological modernization is required. The solution to this problem will be facilitated by the assistance of government agencies in collaboration between universities and industry. In developed countries, the issue of collaboration is supported at different levels of government structures. Mongolia's universities strive to achieve Asian and later world standards by introducing new innovative training programs, but there are many obstacles, such as insufficient introduction of innovative knowledge into production, insufficient material base of universities, etc. The article analyzes the current state of university-industry collaboration based on the triple helix model from the perspective of the role of government organizations in this collaboration.
