Развитие  искусственного интеллекта (далее – ИИ) и цифровых технологий оказывают заметное воздействие на трансформацию правовой системы:  модернизируются концепции теории права, изменяется содержание классических правовых институтов, возникают новые отрасли права, одной из которых, по мнению автора, является технологическое право. Новые правовые явления, связанные с защитой персональных данных, авторским правом на созданный ИИ контент, постепенно обретают правовую форму. В сфере цифровых технологий появляется массив правовых актов, которые требуют надлежащей систематизации, оптимальной формой которой, по мнению автора статьи, является консолидация.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies is having a significant impact on the transformation of the legal system: concepts of legal theory are being modernized, the content of classical legal institutions is changing, and new branches of law are emerging, one of which, according to the author, is technological law. New legal phenomena related to the protection of personal data and copyright of AI-generated content are gradually taking legal form. In the digital sphere, a plethora of legal acts is emerging that require proper systematization, the optimal form of which, according to the author of this article, is consolidation.
